At Ni Ramen, we create a made-in-house experience that ranges from spending 8 hours creating a fresh soup broth to hand marinating our signature Pork Chashu with premium soy sauce and a special blend of seasonings resulting in the perfect balance of sweet and savory. But our efforts don’t stop at the main dishes, each and every small plate from the Takoyaki to our delicious Pork Bun is tuned for your tastes.
